How can I book a car?
On the page of your preferred car, click the “Book” button, fill out the simple form (date, time, location), and confirm the booking. We will contact you shortly for confirmation.
Is advance payment required?
To confirm the booking, a minimum advance payment of 20% is required. The full amount can be paid at the time of picking up the car.
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
What documents are required?
An ID card or passport
Driver’s license
A credit card or cash for the deposit
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required and depends on the number of days the car is rented.
Is it possible to pick up the car at the airport or another location?
Yes, we offer car delivery to Kutaisi International Airport or another agreed location in Kutaisi at no extra charge, and to other cities for an additional fee.
What happens in case of an accident or damage?
Please immediately contact the insurance company at the number provided in the contract, as well as us.
How is the refund processed in case of cancellation?
The refund depends on the cancellation policy outlined in the contract. The amount is refunded fully or partially using the same payment method that was used for the transaction.
